If you haven’t heard about it yet, there’s a new chicken sandwhich that was released by Popeyes. The popular opinion now is that it’s better than Chic Fil A’s. My coworkers and I decided to try it and see for ourselves. We also had QA resources to help with the analysis.
This is the criteria we agreed upon with a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best. There’s a Popeyes across the street from work and a Chic Fil A about 5 minutes away, so it wasnt a big deal getting the food, except for the extra long line at Popeyes.
We have the Popeyes on the left and Chic Fil A on the right. The Popeyes bread actually looked fancier than the Chic Fil A bread that looked just like a plain burger bun.
After combining everyone’s results, we have a verdict. The chicken was definitely the deciding factor. For me the Popeyes chicken was moist and crispier than Chic Fil A.
